Role Overview

As a Graphic Designer for Kids’ Meals, I supported the nonprofit’s mission to end childhood hunger by creating engaging, family-friendly visual assets across digital and print media. I collaborated with internal teams to produce consistent, on-brand materials ranging from social posts and event invitations to business cards, donor collateral, and presentation slides. My designs upheld the organization’s colorful and hopeful tone, helping communicate key messages and calls to action with clarity and warmth.

Key Responsibilities

Print & Digital Asset Creation

• Designed birthday cards, thank-you notes, and holiday-themed donor materials aligned with the brand’s cheerful visual identity.

• Created social media graphics promoting volunteer opportunities, impact statistics, and donation drives.

• Produced presentation decks, event signage, and digital slides for community and partner events.

• Developed flyer layouts for initiatives like Trunk or Treat and Juice Box Challenge, incorporating event info and RSVP QR codes.

Newsletter & Campaign Graphics

• Designed monthly newsletter headers using illustrations and photography to highlight donors, children, and team stories.

• Created branded templates to ensure consistency across recurring communication pieces.

Brand Adherence & Collaboration

• Applied established brand guidelines to ensure consistency in typography, color, iconography, and tone.

• Coordinated with the communications and development teams to deliver ready-to-print and web-optimized assets on deadline.

• Contributed to the ongoing visual identity by maintaining alignment with the Kids’ Meals character illustrations and color palette.
