As an Account Executive/Project Manager at Vales+, I was responsible for overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle of client projects, ensuring seamless coordination between the creative team, clients, and external media partners. My role combined project management, detailed task development, and strategic analysis to deliver high-quality outcomes on time and within scope. I was entrusted with managing projects for high-profile clients such as La Gas, La Anita, Opresa, and Logra—all highly recognized corporations within Mérida, Yucatán’s local industry—demonstrating my ability to lead large-scale initiatives with professionalism and efficiency.

  1. Strategic Analysis and Project Planning

    • Conducted SWOT analyses for each corporation or client with an accepted project proposal, identifying strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats as a foundational step.

    • Structured and presented the SWOT analysis in meetings with clients, providing actionable insights to guide the project direction.

    • Collaborated with designers and the creative lead to develop a strategic plan tailored to the client’s needs, aligning the creative approach with the insights uncovered in the analysis.

  2. Project Breakdown and Task Development

    • Translated project proposals into actionable workflows using Wrike, our project management tool.

    • Broke down each project into detailed tasks and stages, elaborating on high-level proposal concepts into comprehensive task descriptions.

    • Developed granular sub-tasks for critical stages like naming, logo creation, and media execution, ensuring clarity and alignment for the design team.
